Is Facefirst a distributor?
Facefirst is part of the Libertsons Group and are a very experienced distributor for Uvex products in South Africa. Our head office in Durban FTS Safety is close to the uvex warehouse.

The majority of sports and protective workwear products are manufactured in Germany. uvex has 10 production plants and a large number of suppliers, all of which are very carefully selected.

Where or how can I exchange faulty Uvex products?
Our policy is simple. If you are unhappy with the goods you can return them for a full refund within 7 days as long as they are in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
If you would like to exchange goods for size or style the goods may be in original condition. We will courier the replacement to you at no additional charge once the original has been returned. Please notify us within 7 days.
How will my products be delivered?
We make deliveries via a network of couriers. Although your order may be placed at 10am and ready for collection at 11am. Most couriers collect at 4pm. Once your goods are dispatched they are ready for delivery in major centres within 48 hours. Outlying areas may take an additional day.
We will notify you of the tracking number and the courier as the goods are dispatched.
